How to Copy & Paste
 

This may be simply performed by using your mouse to copy and paste.

  1. As you are in an Adobe PDF document you will first need to click on the Text (T) button in the Adobe toolbar at the top of the page.
     

  2. Highlight the project you wish to copy.
     

  3. Have cursor over highlighted project and right click on your mouse. Select “Copy”.
     

  4. Open your email or document and position your cursor.
     

  5. Right click on your mouse and select “Paste” then the project will be pasted in position.

If you wish to add more projects as you find them you just have to repeat the above steps until you are ready to send your email or print your document.
