Company History

Pacifecon was established in 1982 by our founder John Jackson, an economist, statistician, and successful businessman. John provided similar project information service within Australia for 20 years before expanding into the Asia-Pacific market.  In the 1990s Pacifecon’s operations moved to New Zealand where it is now a wholly New Zealand operated business focused exclusively on the New Zealand construction industry. 

We have established an extensive network of experienced researchers nationwide who liaise regularly with key decision makers in the marketplace covering all areas in New Zealand.  Many of our key personnel have been with us over 10 years and can offer an extensive knowledge of how Pacifecon can work for your company.
